SERVICES

"Create the highest grandest vision possible for your life, because you become what you believe." -Oprah Winfrey

"After five decades of surviving day by day; seeking help from nine therapists and six psychiatrists in three states; trying seven different medications and numerous combinations of those drugs; researching and trying tapping, light therapy, healing codes, telling myself the truth, unburying my feelings, leaving my past in the past, not being my pain and my body bearing the burden of my issues I began my journey out of darkness, depression, anxiety, a toxic childhood, and narcissist abusive adult relationships.

It started with learning self-compassion, knowing I am worthy and realizing I can live life wholeheartedly. Discovering a research-based path to recovery and healing through my therapist, Diane Hakes, I am daring to be brave, courageous, strong, authentic and vulnerable. I have climbed out of the deep hole where I was living.

Diane has mastered the use of the teachings and research of Brene’ Brown to gently guide me through therapy sessions. My life has changed incredibly for the better and is continuing to improve beyond what I thought possible." - B.H.
